I am Teresa GH Lindauer and owner since 1991.  During the mid-90’s I was one of our board members navigating us through the transfer from a developer managed (Bowes) property to owner managed.

Raymond DiFrancesco and I dedicated many years to setting up a successful owner managed HdlM prior to our retirement around 2000.
