Dear fellow owners, 

I am once again reaching out to ask for your trust and support as I seek reelection to the HdlM Board.  It has been an honor to represent you, and I remain committed to prioritizing our shared interests. My goals include achieving financial stability while ensuring affordability, maintaining and enhancing the Hotel’s infrastructure and aesthetics, expanding our ownership base through a targeted marketing plan, and reducing the number of delinquent owners.

Additionally, I am actively working with the Building Improvement Committee to gather and review bids and scopes of work for Hurricane Ida repairs, which will be funded using proceeds from our insurance settlement. In addition to repairs, part of this initiative will include further enhancements and upgrades to the building and suites.

Furthermore, I am soliciting bids for the 4th Phase of the HVAC Project, aiming to replace individual air handlers in each unit. I am also exploring the feasibility and affordability of replacing the original chillers to help reduce energy costs and ensure reliable operation.

On a positive note, our existing ice machines will soon be replaced with dispenser- style machines. These upgrades will eliminate cross-contamination concerns and provide a more hygienic ice experience for everyone. I would like to express my gratitude to all Departments for their contributions to the overall enhancements.
