Dear Owners,

I am seeking to serve on the HdlM board for another term to continue the progress and work begun by the current Board.

We need to continue to strengthen the financial condition, appearance, and mechanical systems of the hotel.

I further believe that we need to focus on increasing revenue on unit sales, and the rental pool, and pay attention to revisiting our by-laws and how they affect hotel operations.

I hope your will support myself as part of the new board as we push forward to create a one of a kind hotel in a truly one of a kind city.
