I am applying for the position on the Board of Directors at the HdlM.  My family and I have been coming to New Orleans since 1995.  We have loved our visits to New Orleans.

As for experience, I bring to the table 28 years of Law Enforcement. Upon retirement from Law Enforcement, I was appointed to the position of Municipal Court Judge. Subsequently, I was elected to two more terms as Municipal Judge and then retired with a move to Florida. Those experiences have taught me how to deal with people and negotiate agreements and contracts. I am a man of few words.

I believe that I would be an asset to the HdlM board and would make efforts to increase the sale of units and reduce the number of non-paying owners and returned deeds that we have been experiencing. Thus, any support would be appreciated. Thank you.
